Young women develop capacity to be competitive thus, access opportunities in the information technology industry, to connect, learn and collaborate in IT thus building a community of practise. Young women are placed in jobs in the ICT industry. Outreach to schools for eliminating gender disparity in technology participation in primary, secondary and tertiary institutions.
