Generation Kenya

Generation Kenya is a program that addresses youth unemployment. It aims to close the skills gap for the youth through intensive boot camp-style training that accelerates learning, places disconnected young adults in jobs and gives them the skills and support they need to achieve ongoing personal and professional success. Generation Kenya targets high growth employment sectors with skilled labor shortages. These sectors include financial services sales, consumer packaged products, manufacturing, apparel, retail and restaurant.
